Mountain Biking Taster Session at Tarland Trails

The Little RIPA tastier session for those interested in developing their cycling skills to mountain bike techniques. The session will include - getting started, positions and movements, braking, cornering & steering, and ascending and descending on easy terrain.
Go MTB is a mountain bike achievement award by Cycling Scotland that enables you to advance your technical riding skills as well as learning how to look after yourself, your bike, the environment and other people, with four themes to the Award and five levels of achievement.
The Little RIPA camp sessions are aimed at kids wanting to take their cycling skills from schools BikeAbility Award to develop into GO MTB riding techniques.
If you'd like to experience this to the fullest, please gear up appropriately: suitable bike, helmet, full finger gloves, a small rucksack with water, food, and waterproofs.
Good to know
This camp runs for a duration of 1.5 hours.
Tuesday sessions are for Complete Beginners, aged 7-9 years old
Wednesday sessions are for Intermediates, aged 10-12 years old
Thursday sessions are for Intermediates, aged 12-16 years old
The age requirement is 7-16 year olds.
