Ride the rapids

But perhaps the best thing to do here at TNR is the white-water rafting, since this site has one of the best white-water rivers in the UK.

You and your fellow sailors will be let loose onto the roaring rapids, where you’ll have so much fun racing each other and paddling around the rough water.

Sessions last over an hour, and you’ll be allowed to return to sections of rapids as many times as you like.

Indoor activities

Here, you and your friends can compete in sports like axe throwing and archery - there are even opportunities to try your hand at air rifles!

The staff here have been training people in these target sports for decades - in fact, they were some of the first in the UK to ever teach axe throwing professionally, so you know you’ll be in good hands!
